1. Bed arrangement. There was something between a mattress and bedsheet, a layer of cloth. Every morning I left it smooth. Every evening, coming back from work, I founded it wrinkled, as if someone wanted me suffer sleeping on that. Every evening I needed to do my bed myself. 2. One day, my key card stopped working. Soon they found out that it is not my card, it was the door lock malfunctioning. What next? "Sorry, we can not fix it now, you have to wait until tomorrow". Then, every time I needed to go back to my room, I had to humbly ask the hotel service to let me in. If the hotel service was busy with other guests, I had to wait in a queue. I HAD TO HUMBLY WAIT IN A QUEUE TO GET BACK TO MY ROOM!!! 3. Checking out, I asked for a receipt. It was impossible to get it... even when I have paid in advance two weeks earlier, upon th check-in.

Great hotel for our family stay. We booked a family suite and it met our expectations, a separate room for our kid, a small kitchen, a living room and a separate bedroom for us parents. The breakfast buffet is on the smaller side compared to the big hotel chains, but good! Free parking and 4 charging spots for EVs (at additional cost).

Very nice hotel, all you need is there. Buffet dinner included in the price of the room. Gym, some table games and books available. SPA unfortunately still closed (from Covid). Staff very professional and helpful. All in all my only choice when I travel in Lund (and I'm there quite often)

I spent in this hotel more than a week and all staff are very nice, specially receptionist lady always polite and smile to everyone. The breakfast and dinner is included in the hotel and it is delicious. I also enjoyed their gym, it is beautiful gym on the seventh floor but unfortunately swimming pool is closed for long time.

Friendly staff, excellent buffet dinner and breakfast. I stay here very regularly for many years, and am never disappointed. An excellent choice for a business trip. Although it is a bit away from the town centre the bus link works well or otherwise a 20 minute walk.
