Our tastefully decorated lobby, with its charming open fireplace, is the perfect place for impromptu meetings. Our bar is also here, where you can order refreshing drinks, beer, wine, snacks and lighter meals. Up on the 7th floor you'll find our rooftop terrace, Terrassen, and our summer bar, which is open during Sweden's warmest months. The views across Gothenburg's rooftops are stunning from up here.

If you would like to be able to cook or heat your own food, the Clarion Collection Hotel Odin is an excellent choice as most of our hotel rooms feature a kitchen or kitchenette. You can rent kitchen equipment from the reception for 300 SEK. Guests staying 5 nights or more can rent our kitchen equipment free of charge.

When you stay at our hotel, you can keep fit even while you're travelling. We share our building with the well-equipped and modern Nordic Wellness Odinsgatan gym – use of this gym and any fitness class is free to our guests!

1930s building
Hotel Odin was originally built for Ford, the car manufacturer, in the 1930s. The area around Odinsplatsen (Odin's Place) has shifted in character over the years, from being an industrial workshop area at one point, into a motorbike manufacturing district (known locally as "bike street"), until it finally transformed into the dynamic city centre extension it is today. Clarion Collection Hotel Odin opened in 2004, and we're pleased to say that the building has retained its character of architectural functionalism.
