The Best Internet Rate Guarantee applies to bookings made on Nordic Choice Hotels websites* and via the Nordic Choice Hotels app in cases where the same room is sold for a lower price on other websites*. In order for the guarantee to be valid, the room you book with us must have the same booking conditions as those of the room you found for a lower price on another site.
For the price guarantee to be valid, the following criteria must be the same:
- The same hotel
- The same date
- The same room type
- The same currency
- The same number of people
- The same number of nights
- The same number of rooms
The price guarantee does not apply for the below:
- Hotels where the room rate differs by 20 kronor or less, since this price difference can occur due to delayed exchange rates or rounded prices.
- Hotels within Nordic Hotels & Resorts (our Independent hotels)
- Clarion Hotel® The Hub, Clarion Hotel® Amaranten, Comfort Hotel® Karl Johan, Comfort Hotel® Børsparken, Comfort Hotel® Xpress Stockholm Central, Comfort Hotel® Malmö, Quality Hotel™ The Mill, Quality Hotel™ Globe and Quality Hotel™ Panorama, Gothenburg.
- Contract prices or other non-public prices, including group rates, package rates, promotional prices and membership rates
- Prices on websites where the hotel name is not given until after the booking is completed
- Bookings for more than 9 rooms
- Clearance prices, including prices stored in your browser (stored information)
- Comparison with other existing payment terms such as advance payment
- Customers with dynamic prices in their contracts with Nordic Choice Hotels will always find their best contract prices at nordicchoicehotels.com and with travel agents.
- Completed reservations may be cancelled or rebooked in accordance with our standard and rebooking rules. However, note that the price guarantee expires in cases of cancellation and rebooking, which means that free nights cannot be utilised.
- Over a period of 30 days, only 1 submitted request for compensation nights will be accepted per person.
- The price guarantee applies to bookings made no later than 72 hours prior to arrival.
- The price guarantee applies to prices found within 24 hours after making your booking.
- After you submit your request, we will contact you within two business days.
- The compensation night is always the first night of your stay.
- These rules may be subject to change. Published rules at the time of booking are valid.
