Comfort Hotel® Xpress Youngstorget

Good welcome by staff. Initially tried to use the self check in Ipad but asked us to pay the full amount when we had already prepaid so staff checked us in manually. Staff were friendly pleasant and spoke English. Rwe must have meen in a newly added part of the hotel as rooms were new and modern. We booked a compact which was small but had everything we needed. Bathroom was clean and modern, shower and hot water was decent. Only provided 1 set of towels. Walls are pretty thin so you'll hear all the other noisy guests but there is no street noise. Gym was good. Location is decent not too far a walk from central station. Would recommend for a short stay.

Wonderful, friendly staff, super clean room and amenities. Easy walking distance to lots of landmarks and attractions. We were a family of 4, and our room was very spacious and clean. Even though we were all on seperate bunk beds, I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a comfy, well-located hotel with all the amenities expected for this price point. The only draw back was that the rooms were rather too warm and you couldn’t easily control the heat levels within each room. That being said, overall it was a comfy stay and very reasonably priced.

Lovely place, great staff, rooms might be small but they are really really nice and look luxe, my room was so clean it smelled brand new. Bathroom idem dito. It's peaceful and the location is very close to all the sightseeings. Walking distance of nice pubs and bars.

The only redeeming feature is the central location, and I had a better stay here when I first moved to Norway in 2021 and this hotel was my quarantine stay. Bathroom sink and bathroom door handle were broken, and it turns out our bed was broken as well, to the point that any excess movement we might've made this stay would've sent us to the floor. Heater in the whole hotel was faulty, which we learned of only upon checkout, meaning our room was constantly around 20 degrees, no matter how much we turned it down, making sleeping difficult. Room is also just barely big enough to fit the bed, let alone any luggage you might have. Not worth it.
