Clarion Collection® Hotel Tapto

We stayed again last Saturday and Sunday at this hotel. Our third time here in beautiful Stockholm. We were welcomed at the start by Darina when we arrived. Thanks Darina for making our stay a memorable one! Great food, great room and great location even though its a bit out of the busy centre. Looking forward to next time!

Well located hotel with a good service. Excellent evening meal, average fika and good breakfast. The rooms though old are well appointed. Couldn't use the sauna, but the rest of the facilities and the location is good fir a Stockholm visit.

I love Strawberry hotels. However, one of the receptionist was the worst staff I have ever met at this hotel chain. The room wasn't ready yet when we arrived at 3 pm (which was no problem for us), we waited in the restaurant and when I asked again around 4 o'clock, I was dealt with in a very grumpy manner. I stayed with two adults and children, and they complained that the children's reservation was not recorded. In fact, I'm sure I entered the number of children at reservation on their website, but it didn't seem to be reflected in the hotel's system. Other than that, she only gave me one room key, and even when I politely asked for another one, she reluctantly worked on it with a sigh, then handed it to me as if tossing it to me. She did her job according to our request, but just very unpleasant way. The concept with serving supper and fika, and accessible location of this hotel is an advantage, but overall we felt really bad at this time, so we never stay here again.

Very good Hotel, clean, central 20 m on foot to the historical center, near the underground, very nice and quiet neighborhood. Stayed in a double room with extra bed and was very spacious. Good TV, good shower (Rituals beauty products) good breakfast and evening meal included is a plus. Loved this hotel and the staff is very helpful. Will come back again for sure! Everything perfect.

I recommend this hotel, the prise- quality are correct. The staff is helpfull, you should only say, if you need something, all problemes were solved. I was satisfide with the staying, food. The location is excellenct, about 200 m is a subway station ( stadion)
